摘要

介绍了泰山医学院把阅读疗法纳入大学生心理健康教育必修课的概况,着重就授课内容、讲授方法作了探究,评价了教学效果,得出了阅读疗法课是高校推广普及阅读疗法、提高大学生心理健康素质的有效形式的结论.This article introduces the practice of taking bibliotherapy a required course in Tai An Medical School and makes a specific study into a Mental Health Education as focusing on teaching content and teaching methods. It concludes that bibliotherapy course is one of the effective methods to promote bib liotheropy as well as a method to enhance the psychological quality.
