Application progresses of intravoxel incoherent motion technique in liver diseases

摘要: Intravoxel incoherent motion is an new technique based on traditional DWI, which can truly separate and extract water molecules diffusion and microcirculation perfusion pseudo-diffusion, and choose multi-b-value and bi-exponential model to obtain DWI. It can reflect the relationship between signal attenuation within the voxel and b values. Nowadays, IVIM-DWI has been widely used in the studies of liver diseases. In this article, the recent progresses of MR-IVIM in liver imaging were reviewed.
