Objective: To carry out bibliometric analysis of the hotspots and frontiers of fall research in the elderly at home and abroad. Results: The United States was in the lead in this field, and risk factors, accidental falls, daily behaviors and activities were the current research hotspots abroad. The research in this field started relatively late in China, and the quantity of research literature and the quality of papers need to be improved. Conclusions: The quantity of relevant research and the quality of papers in China need to be improved. In addition, China should strengthen the research on surrounding falls of the elderly, and also strengthen the professional research on the physical health of the elderly in China, so as to form a research power focusing on the health of the elderly.收起
