摘要: Objective: To optimize the HPLC conditions for analyses of serum dipyridamole. Methods: The HPLC analyses were carried out through Waters symmetry shield TM RPIB column with detection wavelength at 292nm. The mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.02mol.L-1 ammonium acetate buffer,75:25 at a flow rate at 1.0 mL. min-1. The internal standard was alprazolam.
