摘要

The ERAS concept has many applications in promoting the rehabilitation, reducing intraoperative and postoperative complications, shortening the average hospitalization days and improving long- term prognosis of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty. The ERAS concept runs through the entire perioperative period. The key links include preoperative preparation, intraoperative man-agement, good analgesia, and postoperative functional exercises.
