Accurate and sensitive detection of aflatoxin, which is a serious threat to human health, is of great importance. Here, self-amplifying metal-organic frameworks with improved electrical conductivity were developed for sensitive electrochemiluminescence immunoassay of aflatoxin B1 . Accurate and sensitive detection of aflatoxin, which is a serious threat to human health, is of great importance. Here, self-amplifying metal-organic frameworks with improved electrical conductivity were developed for sensitive electrochemiluminescence immunoassay of aflatoxin B1 . The MOFs were synthesized by a one-step solvothermal method using 2,3,6,7,10,11-Triphenylenehexol as the luminescent ligand and zinc and cobalt as the metal nodes. The conjugated structure of HHTP endows it with luminescent properties, the co-reaction catalytic cycle of the metal ions achieves excellent signal amplification, and the improvement of electrical conductivity further enhances the ECL emission performance. Through the establishment of a label-free immunoassay protocol, the ECL immunosensor obtained a detection limit of 0.31 pg/mL in the linear range of 0.001 ng/mL to 100 ng/mL. The protocol has also received excellent feedback from real samples, providing an effective ECL analysis protocol for small molecules and an excellent and convenient tool for the detection of related items.收起
