- Background: Hypoxia alters skeletal muscle metabolism and function through complex regulatory mechanisms, including exosome-mediated microRNA signaling. Objectives: This study profiled exosomal miRNAs from hypoxic human skeletal muscle cells to explore their roles in hypoxic adaptation.
