摘要: With the widespread application of immunotherapy in cancer patients,immune-related adverse events have become a key focus of clinical attention. Accurately assessing these adverse reactions and their impact on patients' health-related quality of life is an indispensable part of cancer immunotherapy. This article reviews the research progress of patient-reported outcomes,and summarizes the existing patient reported outcomes scale for cancer immunotherapy from two aspects of universality and speci...更多; With the widespread application of immunotherapy in cancer patients,immune-related adverse events have become a key focus of clinical attention. Accurately assessing these adverse reactions and their impact on patients' health-related quality of life is an indispensable part of cancer immunotherapy. This article reviews the research progress of patient-reported outcomes,and summarizes the existing patient reported outcomes scale for cancer immunotherapy from two aspects of universality and specificity, with a focus on summarizing and comparing the content characteristics,limitations,and clinical application of existing tools. Building on this,it proposes future development directions to provide a reference for the optimal development, clinical translation, and nursing practice concerning these cancer immunotherapy-specific assessment tools.收起
