- This article reviewed the health promotion model of community metabolic syndrome patients from the aspects of health examination, health education, reasonable diet,exercise, rational drug use and medication compliance,mobile health management, and family and government support. It proposed that it was imperative to formulate a set of health promotion model which was suitable for China. 从健康体检、健康教育、合理膳食、运动锻炼、合理用药及服药依从性、移动健康管理、家庭和政府的支持方面综述了社区代谢综合征病人健康促进模式，提出制定一套适用于国内的且有针对性的健康促进模式势在必行。
