摘要
Objective: To extract and analyze the chemical components of volatile oil from Codonopsis lanceolata. Methods: Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction procedure was used as the extraction method and its process was optimized. The volatile oil was separated by GC-MS and determined by normalization method. Results: The best conditions were temperature 40℃, pressure 20 MPa, and extraction time 3 h. The yield of volatile oil was 1.21%.
