摘要
Hypoxic-ischemic injury of the bone results in osteonecrosis. Nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide -dependent deacetylase sirtuin-1 , a type of NAD-dependent deacetylase, is involved in multiple biological functions, particularly in anti-apoptosis.
