摘要: Mitochondria are pivotal in cellular energy metabolism, the oxidative stress response and apoptosis. Recent research has focused on harnessing their functions to enhance the efficacy of radiation therapy . This review focuses on the critical functions and applications of mitochondria in radiation therapy, including the targeting of mitochondrial metabolism and the modulation of mitochondria-mediated cell death and immune responses.
