Objective: To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of The Diabetes and Smoking Beliefs Scale. Methods: After translated and revised the Chinese version of DSB scale, it has applied in 212 hospitalzed and outpatient smoking diabetes patients to test its reliability and validity. Objective: To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of The Diabetes and Smoking Beliefs Scale. Methods: After translated and revised the Chinese version of DSB scale, it has applied in 212 hospitalzed and outpatient smoking diabetes patients to test its reliability and validity. Results: The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the RMSEA was 0.0753. The normalized fitting index was 0.877. And the goodness of fit index was 0.892.The total scale was extracted 4 common factors by exploratory factor analysis, which can explain 65.106% variance of the total variance. There were statistically significant differences on scores of smoking cessation and weight gain between the two groups. The correlation analysis showed that the total and subscales were negatively correlated with the diabetes health belief scale；总量表及其3个分量表的Cronbach's α系数分别为0.770，0.805，0.810，0.837。［结论］中文版糖尿病与吸烟信念量表具有良好的信度和效度，适合在我国吸烟糖尿病病人中使用。收起
