Objective: To explore the current status of stigma in patients with colorectal cancer after stoma and its influence on mental flexibility, quality of life and complications of stoma. Objective: To explore the current status of stigma in patients with colorectal cancer after stoma and its influence on mental flexibility, quality of life and complications of stoma. Methods: Convenience sampling method was used to select 145 patients with colorectal cancer who were treated in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from 2018-01-01 to 2018-12-31 as the research objects. A self-made general information questionnaire, Stigma Scale, Kant-Davidson Resilience Scale and Quality of Life Questionnaire for Stoma Patients were used to investigate the patients. Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the relationship between stigma and mental flexibility, quality of life and stoma complications. A binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors related to stigma. Results: The stigma score of patients with colorectal cancer after stoma was , of which 74.5% of patients had moderate or severe stigma. The psychological resilience score was , and the quality of life score was points. Different family monthly income , payment method of medical expenses , course of disease and the presence of stoma complications had a statistically significant difference in the degree of stigma amongpatients. Stigma and item factors were negatively correlated with mental elasticity and quality of life , and positively correlated with skin complications around the stoma . Analysis of the binary logistic regression model showed that the medical expenses payment method , with or without stoma complications , quality of life and mental flexibility were the main influencing factors of stoma of patients with colorectal cancer. Conclusions: Patients after colorectal cancer stoma surgery generally have moderate to severe stigma. The payment method of medical expenses, stoma complications, quality of life and psychological flexibility are the factors affecting the stigma of patients after colorectal cancer stoma.收起
