摘要: Levosimendan , as a new calcium sensitizer, can increase myocardial contractility, dilate pe-ripheral and coronary arteries, and protect organs such as liver, kidney and lung. Animal experi-ments have found that LS also has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, anti-thrombosis and profibri-nolytic effects. LS is characterized by enhancing myocardial contractility without increasing myo-cardial oxygen consumption and having no effect on diastolic capacity.
