Objective: To explore the effects of parental accompaniment during anesthesia induction in the nursing care of pediatric skin grafting for vitiligo. Objective: To explore the effects of parental accompaniment during anesthesia induction in the nursing care of pediatric skin grafting for vitiligo. Methods: The children with vitiligo who underwent outpatient autologous skin grafting at our hospital were selected. The control group patients who received standard perioperative nursing interventions, while the observation group patients who received standard perioperative nursing interventions with parental accompaniment during anesthesia induction. The treatment outcomes, systolic blood pressure, pulse, postoperative restlessness scores, preoperative anxiety scores, and compliance during anesthesia induction were compared between the two groups. Results: A total of 30 children were collected, including 15 in observation group, 15 in control group. The preoperative anxiety scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group . Postoperative, the systolic blood pressure, pulse, and restlessness scores of the observation group were also lower than those of the control group . Additionally, the compliance scores during anesthesia induction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group . Conclusion: Interventions of parental accompaniment during anesthesia induction for pediatric patients undergoing skin grafting for vitiligo can effectively reduce anxiety, improve psychological status, and enhance compliance with surgical procedures in children.收起
