Research on the concept, characteristics and elements of the integration and symbiosis of national fitness and national health can enrich the research perspective, knowledge system and theoretical system of the integration of national fitness and national health. According to the research, the integration and symbiosis of national fitness and national health refers to a relationship between the production, exchange and allocation of national fitness and national health resources formed by a symbiosis unit according to a certain model in a certain symbiotic environment so as to achieve the symbiosis of national fitness and national health and the goal of health promotion by scientific sports. The integration and symbiosis of national fitness and national health has the characteristics of human nature, comprehensiveness, contemporaneity and practicality. The symbiosis unit is a social organization composed of people. The behavior pattern of integration and symbiosis is parasitic, preferential symbiosis, asymmetric mutualism, symmetric mutualism;and the organizational pattern is point symbiosis, intermittent symbiosis, continuous symbiosis, and integrated symbiosis. The basis, guarantee and key of national fitness and national health integration and symbiosis are respectively natural environment, artificial environment and social environment.收起
