- Herein, a target-induced polarity switching photoelectrochemical biosensor was constructed by integrating the exponential amplification reaction with the CRISPR/Cas12a system to achieve more accurate detection of miRNA-622. Based on the n-type semiconductor CN modified electrode to provide initial anodic photocurrent signal, target miRNA-622 triggered the exponential amplification reaction, which converted trace amounts of miRNA-622 into a large quantity of DNA1 and DNA2 molecular.
