- BackgroundIntrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is a rare biliary tract cancer with increasing incidence and poor survival rates. This study aims to evaluate the incidence and survival trends of iCCA patients over 20 years using a national cancer database, and assess the temporal association between survival and landmark clinical trials.MethodsData was extracted from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results database.
