Background: Normobaric hyperoxia has neuroprotective effects in acute ischemic stroke. Thus, we aimed to identify the optimal NBO treatment duration combined with endovascular treatment. Methods: This is a single-center, randomized controlled, open-label, blinded-end point dose-escalation clinical trial.
