大鼠脑内促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)分泌系统的免疫组织化学研究

- 摘要
- 用免疫组织化学法,在光镜和电镜下对大鼠脑内 GnRH 神经元和纤维的分布及特性进行了观察。GnRH 神经元主要分布于内侧隔区、斜角带和视前内侧区,少量神经元见于下丘脑。GnRH 神经元可分光滑型和棘型,二者包括单极和双极,多极及假单极少见。在GnRH 神经元之间有多种形式的细胞间接触。GnRH 纤维分布广泛,以正中隆起和终板血管器最为密集。电镜下,GnRH 神经元的细胞器较为发达,其胞体和末稍上有突触连接。对 GnRH 神经元的功能和分泌调控进行了讨论。
