摘要
Background: Diabetes mellitus with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease represents a complex metabolic syndrome with significant clinical challenges. This study explores the therapeutic potential and underlying mechanisms of umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells -derived extracellular vesicles in DM-NAFLD.
