Donor lymphocyte infusion is one of the effective strategies for the treatment of relapsed patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation by inducing graft-versus-leukemia . Donor lymphocyte infusion is one of the effective strategies for the treatment of relapsed patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation by inducing graft-versus-leukemia . This article reported a 14-year-old patient with hematological relapse after CMML transplantation. He received CAG regimen chemotherapy combined with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor mobilization modified donor lymphocyte infusion treatment, and maintenance treatment with azacitidine after MRD negative conversion achieved long-term remission.收起
