摘要

Objective To explore the role of L-arginine in mice with acute liver injury and its effect on intestinal flora. Methods Twenty-four C57BL/6 male mice were selected and randomly divided into a healthy control group , an ALI model group , and an L-arginine intervention group , with eight mice in each group. Objective To explore the role of L-arginine in mice with acute liver injury and its effect on intestinal flora. Methods Twenty-four C57BL/6 male mice were selected and randomly divided into a healthy control group , an ALI model group , and an L-arginine intervention group , with eight mice in each group. The Arg group was gavaged with a dose of 500 mg/kg of freshly configured L-arginine solution for 8 consecutive days, qd, with the last gavage two hours prior to the injection of D--galactosamine , and the other two groups were gavaged with an equal amount of saline. On the eighth day of the experiment, the ALI and Arg groups were injected intraperitoneally with D-GaIN solution to model ALI. The other groups were injected intraperitoneally with an equal amount of saline. 24 hours after modeling, the blood and tissues were collected for subsequent testing. Results The administration of L-arginine by gavage significantly alleviated liver injury in mice. Microbiome analysis showed that L-arginine pretreatment significantly increased the abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Odoribacter in the intestine of mice with ALI, while the abundance of harmful bacteria such as Erysipelotrichaceae and Staphylococcaceae decreased. Correlation analysis showed that the abundance of Odoribacter was significantly negatively correlated with serum ALP, while those of Erysipelotrichaceae and Staphylococcaceae were positively correlated with ALP, ALT and AST. Conclusion L-arginine intervention can alleviate liver injury caused by D-GaIN, increase the abundance of potentially beneficial bacteria in the intestine, and reduce the abundance of harmful bacteria such as Erysipelotrichaceae and Staphylococcaceae.收起
