摘要: Moyamoya disease is a chronic occlusive cerebrovascular disease characterized by progressive stenosis or occlusion of the intracranial segment of the bilateral internal carotid artery and its proximal branches and abnormal collateral vessel formation. The etiology of the disease is not clear, which may be related to genetic, vascular inflammation, immune injury and other factors. The treatment mainly includes surgical treatment and drug treatment. Surgical treatment includes direct vascular reconstruction, indirect vascular reconstruction and combined vascular reconstruction. Drug treatment mainly includes antiplatelet drugs, anticoagulant drugs, statins, calcium channel blockers, brain cell protection and circulation improvement drugs. At present, there is no effective means to reverse or prevent the progression of moyamoya disease, and the benefits of surgery and drug treatment are not exact.收起
