The total scores of FAQ was negatively correlated with the total scores of MMSE and the scores of each item, and the total scores of MMSE was negatively correlated with the total scores of FAQ and the scores of each item. Conclusions: The cognitive function and social function of the MCI elderly decreased in different degrees.In the future we should take positive measures to delay the decline of cognitive function and social function of the MCI elderly. ［目的］调查社区轻度认知功能障碍老年人认知功能及社会功能现状,探讨其相关性。［方法］采用简易智能精神状态量表、事件相关电位P300及功能活动问卷对65例MCI老年人进行认知功能及社会功能评定。［结果］MCI老年人MMSE得分为分。P300潜伏期为ms,波幅为μV。FAQ总分为分。FAQ总分与MMSE总分及各条目得分呈负相关，MMSE总分与FAQ总分及各条目呈负相关。［结论］MCI老年人认知功能、社会功能出现不同程度的下降,未来应采取积极的措施延缓MCI老年人认知功能及社会功能的减退。收起
