摘要: Linezolid, one of the oxazolidinone antibiotics, is mainly used to cure serious infection caused by Gram-positive cocci. Its serious adverse reactions mainly involve the blood system, such as thrombocytopenia, anemia, leukocytopenia and so on. In this paper, we reviewed the mechanism of thrombocytopenia caused by linezolid, which is related to myelosuppression or immune mediation.
