Radiation-induced hypopituitarism is a serious and common complication in patients with brain and head and neck neoplasms following radiotherapy, significantly impacting their long-term quality of life. Recently, with advancements in radiotherapy technology, the pathogenesis, risk factors, and preventive measures for RIH have become increasingly clear.
