摘要: Radiation-induced liver injury is a common complication following radiotherapy for abdominal tumors. Its development involves complex regulation through multiple factors and cascades, which severely impairs the efficacy of radiotherapy and adversely affects patient prognosis, thus becoming an urgent issue to be optimized and addressed in current clinical radiotherapy practice. This article systematically elaborates on the core predictive factors, the pathogenesis, pathological manifestations, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and grading, treatment, and prevention of RILI, and proposes future research directions, and provide an important theoretical basis and clinical reference for the implementation of whole-course radiotherapy management in clinical practice.收起
