- Radiation-induced liver injury is a common complication following radiotherapy for abdominal tumors. Its development involves complex regulation through multiple factors and cascades, which severely impairs the efficacy of radiotherapy and adversely affects patient prognosis, thus becoming an urgent issue to be optimized and addressed in current clinical radiotherapy practice.
